Hi,

We've bought a couple of NX210 routers to use at two of our satellite sites. These routers have replaced the previous Archer MR400 routers at those sites and are using the exact same SIM cards from EE. The laptops at those sites are supposed to connect to our always-on IKEv2 VPN and did so previously without issue. When using the new routers, however, the tunnel connects and remains connected (the tunnels also show as connected on at our main site) but most of the time no traffic is routed through it. Occasionally, we are able to briefly ping and access servers through the tunnel but this is generally only immediately after saving a setting on the router or rebooting it and eventually the traffic will stop routing again. Aside from the VPN issue, the routers appear to be working correctly and are providing a stable internet connection.

We've been through every setting and everything appears to be configured correctly, including making sure that IPSEC passthrough is enabled. We've reinstalled the MR400s again for now and everything is working correctly again, albeit much slower. Could this be an issue related to the current firmware (1.1.0 3.0.0 v60f3.0 Build 250911 Rel.48348n) or is anyone aware of a particular feature that needs to be enabled or disabled to allow this VPN type to connect properly?
