Solution Unable to End Speed Test When Using L2TP/IPsec VPN Server After Updating Archer AX11000 to 2.2.1
This article applies to:
Archer AX11000_V1_2.2.1
Phenomenon:
We have received feedback from Archer AX11000 users that after updating Archer AX11000 V1 to 2.2.1, if the L2TP/IPsec VPN Server is enabled and the Internet Speed Test function is run, the Internet Speed Test function unexpectedly continues running without ending. Disabling the L2TP/IPsec VPN Server allows the Internet Speed Test function to run again.
Additionally, even if the Archer AX11000 network is running normally, there may be situations where it is impossible to log in to the Archer AX11000 web interface.
