Hi TP-Link team, I'm requesting official WireGuard VPN support for the Archer AX73.

 

This has been a long-standing community request, and the continued absence of WireGuard is starting to look like product neglect. Competing routers in the same class already offer it, and many AX73 owners (including me) are considering switching brands because of this gap.

 

Can you confirm whether WireGuard support is planned for AX73 firmware, and if so, share a rough roadmap or ETA? Even a clear "planned / not planned" answer would help customers make decisions.

Unfortunately, we cannot say whether this will apply to the specific model.

 

There is an existing request, and some users are already voting on it. I hope you can add your voice there, too.

  @QUBIdk +1 to that question. I literally have a single AX73 in my fleet, and almost every other router has already gotten WireGuard via firmware updates. Which is somewhat ironic, considering AX73 is a higher-end model.
