Hi there,

just bought a DECO X10 with parental control. But this feature is not working at all. I've created a profile, added two websites, using all combination possible (with www, without, with https, without, asterisk, etc.), but it simply keeps ignoring and allowing access, both on the computer and the mobile devices I want to block. Cleared the cache on both, restarted DECO, used different browser, used anonymous. How to set this thing to work?

Hi, welcome to the community.

The latest firmware for Deco X10 is Deco X10(EU)_V1_1.3.0 Build 20250725

It is suggested to update to the latest firmware first.

By the way, what are the websites that you want to be blocked?

(You could leave me a message if they are recognized as illegal external links.)

Please also confirm that the controller devices didn't have a Private MAC Address enabled.
