Basically the app is busted. Shows me everything is "online" and good, and it is online since the devices are working.

 

 

but the app itself is useless, says "can't connect, try again. Etc".

 

anyone else experience this? Can't reboot, can't do anything with app.

 

Only happened in the past month or so

Please also try to attach a screenshot of the following error message on the Deco App.(or a short video clip, such as YouTube video link, would be perfect.)

Can you manage the Deco network when the mobile phone is on 4G/5G mobile data?

Sounds frustrating when the app shows everything online but won’t respond. For anyone looking for interactive ways to troubleshoot or test network setups, pakaviator game is surprisingly helpful and makes experimenting a lot easier.
