Hi  @Jc2021 ,

Good news to hear that your device is working back again.

Yes, if your router  is Starlink Gen3 Routers, you can refer to suggestions here:  TL-WPA4220 V5 Auto-Restart When Connected to Starlink Gen3 Routers

Hello @Jc2021 ,

Welcome to our community.

According to Google Translate, your question is about an unstable network on the TL-WPA4220. If there is any discrepancy, please describe it in English.

Let's try some troubleshooting steps to improve the stability:
1. Ensure your main router or modem is working properly. If there are any issues with your main internet connection, it can cause instability with the Powerline Adapter as well. If you suspect a problem, please contact your router/modem support.
2. Make sure your Powerline Adapter firmware is up to date. Since you've already updated the firmware, you can move to the next steps.
3. For wireless Powerline kits (models starting with TL-WPAxxx/PGWxxx): Try changing the Wi-Fi channel and channel width to reduce wireless interference. You can follow the instructions here: How to customize Powerline ac Extender’s wireless settings.
4. Additional tips:
• Plug the Powerline Adapters directly into wall outlets, not into power strips or surge protectors, as these can interfere with the signal.
• Ensure both adapters are on the same electrical circuit.
• Try relocating the adapters to different outlets to see if the connection improves.

Re:Tl-wpa4220 tkit wifi problem
Yesterday

@Joseph-TP Hi, I found the main problem and a solution. The root cause was that I have Starlink. In another thread, I found a trial firmware that solved my problems; my TP-Link stopped resetting.
