hello.

 

need suggest.

i bought olt OLT DS-P7001-08 ,. and ont xx530v an other brand ont ,. but ont not deliver internet and not get an IP from my router
i only using vlan to each user client (ont) . and mode bridge.
ip ont is get from my router .  
 

 

 

please give step by step to config.

Please follow up the configuration steps in the following User Guide (Starting from Page 17), and ensure you configure all the parameters correctly:

BTW, who is the Internet Provider? Please reach out to the provider if you miss any parameter.

 

If all parameters are correct but the XX530v still fails to link up, please check the GPON LED status. Is it ON or flashing? Log in to the web page again, check the Registration Status, and provide screenshots for reference.
