Hey guys, can someone please tell me how to subscribe to Homeshield through the deco app. It says I have a 30 day trial but when I click on it I get an error saying "Purchasing not supported due to some reasons". Can someone tell me what this means. I am not located in the North America if it helps. Thank you.

It is because the 1.3.1 beta firmware hasn't been officially released, and the beta version doesn't support linking to the HomeShield server.
You can wait for the upcoming official release of 1.3.1.

Hey there, just letting you know that I received this same error on the previous firmware. I hope it is not a case where it is only available in certain regions/locations because there is nothing about that in the product description.
