Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.5 Build 20250928 rel.17568(4555)

Hi,

 

Since updating to 1.4.5 Build 20250928 rel.17568(4555) on the AX72, all of my RE700x show as offline

 

 

As per the chat with support I tried a factory reset on one of the RE700x but have the same issue 

 

 

What's odd is that in tehter the reset devices show in different cloud groups even the they are bound to the same cloud ID

 

Can anyone help?

For your case, please try the RE700X beta firmware; click RE700X/RE705X/RE715X Shows Offline in the EasyMesh Device List After Updating to New Firmware
