I have a Deco M5 that's been working perfectly fine with our previous broadband provider (BT Internet). Was able to use the parental controls (main reason for the purchase). 

Now that we've swapped to another provider (Virgin Media). The Deco completes the whole setup process and fails on the final connection test every single time. 

I've reset the Deco, the app, used different account incase its still trying to use the old settings. Every single time it fails right at the end, and it's so frustrating knowing that it worked and now it doesnt. Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Hi, have you checked with Virgin Media about the "Internet Connection Type"?

Did you also receive a smart hub from Virgin Media?

-If yes, is the Deco M5 connected behind the smart hub? Maybe you can use "Dynamic IP" as the internet conenction type if Deco is directly connected to the smart hub.
