Hello @AlexandreVini ,
Welcome to our community.
According to Google Translate, your question is that your BE800 will suddenly freeze during operation. If there is any discrepancy, please describe it in English.
Have you enabled the MLO network on the BE800? Please disable it for a try.
May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:
ISP modem—BE800 AP mode)))((( client devices
(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )
What is the model of the ISP modem? If the BE800 freezes, will the ISP modem still work? At this time, please connect clients to the ISP modem and test its network.
Could you change the BE800 to wireless router mode for comparison?

Hello, greetings.
Yesterday I did a test disabling the MLO network, but after approximately 1 hour of use, the router froze. The LEDs stop transitioning and it literally freezes.
The location is cool, so it can't be overheating.
The topology is:
ISP Modem — BE800 AP mode)))(((client devices.
The configured mode is AP.
I will test in Router mode to see if anything changes.- Copy Link
