Firmware Version: 2.6 (latest)

Hey, so I have two TP Link Be800's that I have wired together in a back haul and everything works well except for the fact that the satellite be800 doesn't seem to broadcast the MLO signal at all. It does however do the 2.4, 5 and 6 ghz bands fine but why not MLO? It's an annoying thing for sure everything is up to date but it seems to not wanna work and I have no clue as to why. It shows up being in wired backhaul and everything but again no MLO on the satellite router only the main router and this is with 2.4ghz off on the MLO just so the long frequency doesn't force it to use the main router.

Hello @Zeus6383 ,

Welcome to our community.

Currently, TP-Link EasyMesh only supports extending the standard 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi bands, and most Wi-Fi 7 routers also support extending the 6GHz band. However, MLO, IoT, and Guest Wi-Fi networks cannot be extended to satellite devices within an EasyMesh network. This means that only your main router will broadcast the MLO network, while the satellite will not. This is a current limitation of EasyMesh and is not caused by your setup or firmware version.

If you need more details or updates on future support for MLO extension in EasyMesh, please keep an eye on official TP-Link firmware announcements.

Best Regards.
