I have already followed the guidance and submitted a request. I got a response 6 days ago from TP-Link Support stating the FW would be pushed in 2-3 days, but I still HAVE NOT gotten a FW push.

@AaronYu Beta firmware has been sent to your device, you may check it 30 minutes later in the Tapo app and perform the update.
