  @Joseph-TP hi I have applied the beta firmware that you sent me .this made my router run absolutely terrible by the way and made all gaming unplayable .

I logged back into the router and it said another update was available so I updated again and today I lost connection to the 6hz channel again .so yeah it hasn't worked

Hi @motormathers ,

What a pity.

If so, please contact Local Technical Support for further assistance and attach your troubleshooting steps.

  @motormathers

I have exactly the same issue

I use the Archer GXE75 as a dedicated 6E router for Quest 3 - less than 1 meter away

I randomly lose 6E signal and it can only be resolved by restarting the router or entering the settings and disabling then enabling 6Ghz

When 6E drops the others s(2.4 and 5ghz) remain accessible - it is only 6E that drops

I have since disabled 2.4 and 5ghz to see if that helps

Firmware Version   1.1.0 Build 20250815 rel.64252(4155)

Hardware Version  Archer GXE75 v1.0

Did you or anyone find a solution to this issue?

EDIT:

I have noticed the link above with the beta firmware update - I have not tried that yet  - but will also give that a go
