Phenomenon: 

We have received feedback from some users that when the Meta Quest 3 VR is connected to the Archer GXE75 V1's 6GHz Wi-Fi and used for gaming via PCVR, the following may occur:
The 6GHz Wi-Fi connection is unstable, and other clients that support 6GHz may also experience unstable Wi-Fi connections. It appears the signal has disappeared entirely. Just so you know, 2.4GHz/5GHz networks remain unaffected.

 

 

Available Solution: 

Our R&D department has provided a beta firmware for this purpose. Please download and manually update to this beta firmware.

  @Joseph-TP AXE75v1 user here, I just noticed the 1.52 firmware update from January that supposedly fixed some 6hz issues. Is it related to the fix listed here, or will I need to use a beta firmware to get the fix for the Quest headset disconnect issues? I assume this one isn't compatible. I've had these disconnect issues for over 2 years.

If you are also experiencing unstable connections and slow speed when using a 6GHz network, you can try updating to version 1.5.2.

If the entire network connection is unstable, it may be due to other reasons, and we need to analyze it further. Please provide more details about your situation, and it would be best to start a new thread for your case. We also recommend updating to version 1.5.2, as all problem analyses are based on the latest firmware.
