Use the 'Remain on for a set time' skill and the delay feature in the automation can help to achieve your needs. How to create Smart Action (Automation or Shortcut) on Tapo app

Here is an example of the configuration:

• Effective Time: Always
• When: Plug A turns on (When device status change)
• Then:
  1. Turn on plug A for 30 minutes (Remain On for a set time).
  2. Delay 30 minutes.
  3. Turn on plug A for 30 minutes
  4. Delay 30 minutes.
  5. .....(repeat the above settings)

If you need the whole thing to run automatically, change the trigger to a specific time, e.g. when at 7:00 AM.
