Deco system turns red / loses internet connection when switch connected
Hi all
looking for a bit of help.
i have a Deco system, an S7 connected to my sky Broadband router with 4 other S7's around to create the mesh all linked via Wi-Fi. I also have an Outdoor x50 to boost reception in the garden, again Wi-Fi linked.
one of the S7's is in my outdoor office at the end of the garden - so to improve the signal I had a bright idea to hardwire the s7 to the x50 which is closer to the house. That works - so far so good.
Linked to the s7 in the outdoor office is a 5 port TL-SG605e gigabit switch, once this is plugged into the S7 all the deco units in my system turn red and the app says I have lost internet connection. It's then fine if I disconnect the switch. (I have disconnected any other devices from the switch to ensure they are not the issue)
I have tried to go into the switch settings and disable loop detection - which hasn't changed anything.
Any ideas on what may be causing the issue and solutions welcome?

Did you set Deco into "Access Point mode"?
Can I have the current firmware versions on the Deco S7 as well as the Deco X50-Outdoor?
Would you please share some screenshots of the network map on the Deco App when the TL-SG605E is unplugged, such as:
By the way, can you consistently reproduce this issue:

I have replicated the issue several times dos-connecting and connecting the switch. I have tried changing the ethernet cable and same issue.
Interestingly, i tried another switch that I have in the house, and this works fine (TL-SG108) so have swapped them over.
