I've just bought the BE25 (EU version 2 pack) - and I have a Sky Max 6 Hub - most instructions say to connect the deco, and then disable the WIFI on the sky hub, but when I do, the deco also stops working, and I get the red light - What am I doing wrong?
I am using a dynamic connection and router mode.

Is your model number Deco BE65 or Deco BE25?
How about the current firmware version of the Deco?
Your configuration seems fine. Maybe it is just a coincidence. If you manually restart the Deco once, will it come back online/Green?
If there is a wired laptop, it is also suggested to connect it directly to the Sky hub to make sure the hub is still working well.
