Model: Archer AX53
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.5

Hi
I have been suffering form disconnection issue while only downloading at full bandwidth (100mbps my package full speed from my ISP Link3) for LCP Echo replies miss by the router.
The router terminates the PPPoE session by sending PADT.
I have tried firmware 1.4.4, 1.5.4 and 1.5.5 but no luck.
So please help me.
Thank you so much.smiley

Hello @dynamoAnik ,

Welcome to our community.

I noted that you have posted your case on two threads, I will follow your case here.

May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

Link3 modem—AX53)))((( client devices

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

This appears to be a situation present for all firmware versions, not just a specific version.

Which specific clients do you need to download the files for? Are they wireless or wired devices?

  @Joseph-TP
I problem happens on both wired and wireless. No matter what you download and from any where when you are downloading at 100mbps after 40-45sec the download stopped, the Router terminate the PPPoE session and start new session. And this continue keeps happening until the download has completed.
