@David-TP I have 3 BE11000 Deco units using Wi-Fi backhaul.
I also experienced issues on a chromebook and an ecobee smart thermostat. On different days and they seemed to work ok the next day. It appeared as though they were losing internet access w/o disconnecting from the Wi-Fi and it would connect and then disconnect every few seconds. On the ecbobee, music through Alexa was stutering and the Chromebook would say no internet and then it would work and it would be a cycle like that every few seconds.
The DL110 door lock appeared to be working yesterday evening even when I tried to recreate the issue by disabling the 2.4Ghz on my main network. The door lock now still saw the IoT SSID. When reenabling the 2.4Ghz on the main network, that SSID was also found.
I sent the email yesterday evening as instructed with the subject and url in body, but I have not heard back yet. I will let you know when I do.

Hi David, I have updated to the refreshed version of 1.3.0 and there are a few bugs.
1. I have a 3 Deco set, one is connected via ethernet. In the app it shows as connected wirelessly.
2. Within ithe Deco app, in nternet connection, all IPv4 settings are not dispplayed, IP Address, Subnet Mask, and all others including DNS address all display as --. IPv6 settings page is fine.
3. Testing internet speed within thre Deco app does not work, It displays a red X, and says the network maybe slow than internet speed.
I hope the above can be resolved urgently.
Last question, what is the different between this newly released firmware, and the one that is BETA, which includes the heat map, v 1.3.0_build_20260211_beta this is located on a sperate post onn the support site.

In addition to my post above,
1. Intermittently unable to connect to Deco app, when you can, says offline,
2. Ethernet backhaul does not work at all now.
3. Clients connected to Deco via ethernet are now offline and are unable to connect, even thought the Deco is displaying a green online light.
How can things go so badly. The previous firmware was pretty good, and this updated version which appears to only resolve NAT lookback issue now has MANY bugs.

Hi, I'll remove the beta first and report to the engineers for confirmation.
By the way, the 1.3.0 firmware I updated here yesterday is not the same version as the Deco BE65 heatmap beta:
1.3.0_26021212-rel47291 is the one to fix the NAT Loopback issue based on the previous 1.3.0_build_2026012212_rel11551
1.3.0_26021112-rel24761 is the beta with Heatmap. As far as I know, it hasn't included the NAT Loopback fix.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Hi David. I am still using the Beta release 11551 which seems OK for me. However, I have noticed that when I try to open my Google Nest speaker group, to check what is in the group, I get a message that says my mobile phone must be connected to the same wifi network in order to view the speaker group... my phone is connected to the same wifi network and I am trying to view the speaker group whilst I am at home. I first saw this issue shortly after trying the beta release 11551, but can't be sure it is the reason as Google might have also changed something.

Hi, I previously tested Internet Backup on the Deco X50 (hotspot), but the feature wouldn’t work for me. I was able to add the hotspot, however the connection test failed every time.
After switching to the Deco BE65 and installing firmware version 1.3.0 (11551), the hotspot connection test finally succeeded. However, the connection itself is very unstable, even though the 5G router is located just a few meters away from the Deco. The internet keeps dropping frequently.
Additionally, the hotspot connection is very slow — around 45–50 Mbps — while a direct Wi-Fi connection to the 5G router gives me 250–300 Mbps.
I also have a second Deco BE65 connected via Ethernet, and it works properly. However, the Deco X50 connected to it occasionally disconnects, even though the signal strength is strong (-50 dBm).

@David-TP Dear David,
sorry for the late reply, here are some details:
My devices (all bought in different regions, but that is not the case - details below): Iphone 16 pro, Oppo Find X9 pro (HK), 3 pack BE63 v2.
BE63 bought in October 2025, used it every day in following settings:
- Ap mode
- Ethernet backhaul 2.5gb
- Single network ssid with 2.4,5,6 GHz bands, no MLO
- Fast roaming enabled (tried disabling - not working)
- Around 25 devices tops with 15 iot 2.4 devices
6ghz was used for devices mentioned above without any issues (no disconnects, no roaming issues, stable 2+ gb connection speed with iperf3) since day 1 until firmware update in January to 1.2.10 Build 20251229 Rel. 42008, previous firmware was in October or November (did not write down the release).
What I have tried tried:
- Rebooting decos
- Resetting 6ghz devices network settings
- Disabling AP mode, checking and re-setting DHCP on my Router (OpenWRT)
- Disabling random MAC on movile devices
- Disabling fast roaming
- Optimizing wifi in Deco app
Nothing helped until I manually disabled 6GHZ for AP in Deco app.
What I will try and report here:
1) Try to get logs from Deco with 6GHZ enabled
2) check out beta firmware
will report back, thanks
