good morning 

i'm ali and i want to use it through my dsl and i have 2 another routers and unlocked so when using the router and powering up it trying to connect the dsl and goes off after 7 seconds and doing that over and over again 
using my dsl cable on another router it's working without any problems or issues 
i don't know what is wrong maybe the firmware or the dsl socket (on the router)and i don't know how to fix it 
even no firmware availabe on the internet so i need help plz cuz i rly want to use it

few notes...

isp is from egypt and the dsl comes from telecom egypt WE te.eg and i want some advice on how i make it work

Welcome to our community.

 

It looks like your TP-Link DSL modem router is stuck in a continuous reboot cycle, you might find these steps useful:
1. Power the modem router using the original power adapter, ensuring the adapter's output is compatible with the router's specifications.
2. Plug the router into a different electrical socket or use a surge protector to safeguard it against power surges.
3. Since your modem router is continuously rebooting in a cycle, skip the firmware update step for now.
4. Factory reset the router to its default settings. To reset, use a pin to press and hold the reset hole on the router for about 10 seconds until all the lights turn on momentarily.

 

It the suggestions above don't help, please contact local support for further assistance.
