Model: Archer NX210
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 3.0.0 v60f3.0 Build 250804 Rel.60572n

Hello, I am experiencing problems with a new Archer NX210 for home 5G. Most devices connect to it without problems with speeds of around 120 mbps (download), 75 mbps (upload) or quicker. However, on a laptop with installed Zscaler, the download speed is very slow (3-4 mbps), whereas the upload speed is very high (120 mbps).

I tried solutions suggested in other threads, such as turning off the 5GZ band and setting the PDP type to "IPv4 only". Unfortunately, this hasn't helped yet.

The laptop in question with Zscaler on successfuly connects to a different 5G router and reaches speeds of around 70 mbps (download) there.

Any suggestions which out-of-the-box settings of NX210 cause problems with Zscaler and how to adjust them?

Thank you.

  @Corralejo

Maybe you can check the speed limiter if available on a TP-Link Archer NX210 5G router...
1. Disable Client-Specific Speed Limits

2. Disable QoS (Quality of Service)

3. Disable Bandwidth Control Rules

Hope those can help...

Thanks and Regards,

Vedar

  @vedar Thanks for your answer. I just checked and none of this was enabled.
