Deco X55 firmware 1.3.1 20251122 with instability.
I installed 3 Deco X55 devices in access point mode, connected via cable. When turned on, everything works normally. However, after a while of use, the network starts to become unstable. In some situations, reconnecting the smartphone fixes it. In other situations, it's necessary to restart the entire Deco network. This has been happening every day and is making me very frustrated, since I bought a system that's supposed to have a stable network and I'm having a lot of headaches because of this. I paid a lot for the equipment and would like a solution.

How about the model numbers of the mobile devices that consistently dropped out?
-Deco X55-1.3.1 supports Channel selection. Have you tried manually setting the wireless channel, such as channel 11 for 2.4 GHz and channel 48 for 5 GHz?

@David-TP there are 3 devices of the same model. I just tested it and set the channel to 11 and 48 as you suggested. In any case, this shouldn't happen and shows that the system is flawed, as it should monitor this and adjust itself, not simply keep crashing and needing to be restarted. At least there should be logs to indicate what might be happening. I am quite disappointed and regretful with the system.
In these images everything appears to be okay, I'm not home at the moment. But when I get home I'll be able to confirm if it's really okay. Last night, I had to restart it 3 times.
Their connection is like this:
- 1 Deco X55 connected directly to the modem
- 2 Deco X55 connected by cable to a TP-Link TL-SG108E
- The cable from the modem goes to a TP-Link TL-SG108E switch
The operating mode is:
@David-TP I'm accessing the application remotely and I just received this message in the application, informing me that the system was down. It came back online a few moments later without needing a restart, but it was down for at least 2 minutes.
