Hello @TP-Link I'm having trouble openning the ports of my deco router, please support is needed as I dont know what else to try..

Already saw this post for troubleshooting, tried all of them and here is the result:

2. Port forwarding is set up correctly, but ports aren't open

- My deco is connected to the router of my ISP, which is in bridge mode (ONT), so Im not behind double NAT and if I check the ip4 of the deco from the deco app, it shows a public IP that starts with 90.... and if I go to a website to check my external IP, they match, so I can assume im not on CG-NAT.

3. Check firewall

Im not using firewall

So adding the boilerplate answer to help the troubleshooting

1.Please make sure UPNP disabled under Deco APP>More>Advanced.

Disabled

2. Which ports did you wish to open? For which local devices?

80, 443, 4001, 90

3. Are you able to access this server via the same port on a local client?

Using the local ip address of the device:port, yes I can access locally the device.

4. How did you find out the port is still closed?

The services hosted on my server are not accessible from outside of my house, also a port checker is saying those ports are closed.

Please provide me some support because I don't know where the issue might be, seems some kind of bug rather than missconfiguration?

The issue is the Deco 100%, I've moved the device I needed to expose the ports to the ISP router instead of deco and opening the ports they now work.. so the issue seems to be with the Deco, but where? software bug? Something I'm misconfiguring? Help pls

  @FridoxFL

Hi, welcome to the community.

Please make sure "Ignore Ping from WAN" is disabled.

By the way, what is the local device that you plan to open 80, 443, 4001, 90 for?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
