If that is the case, then maybe your particular BE550 has some hardware issue.

I have owned my BE550 V1 (EU version) for almost a year now and it hasn't dropped the 6 GHz connection even once on any of my 6 GHz-capable clients. I have also never noticed any problems with the 6 GHz transmit power.

Hello @mehulparmar31 ,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Have you tried contacting local support via the Hotline? Click here for the hotline number.

May I know where you bought the router? If possible, please provide a relevant link. By the way, please take a photo showing the complete model and the regional version printed on the router.

Also, what is the firmware version of your router now?

Here are some suggestions that may help you:

1. In 6GHz wireless settings, do not use the "Auto" channel. Manually specify a low-frequency band channel that is clearly within the permitted range in India, for example:

37 (5935 MHz)

93 (6065 MHz)

125 (6265 MHz)

At the same time, fix the bandwidth at 160 MHz.

2. Have you ever used a WiFi analyzer to detect your wireless environment? With a Wi-Fi analyzer, you can see which channel your Wi-Fi 7 router is using (e.g., channel 93).

You can also see if your neighbors or other devices are also using 6GHz, and which channels they are using.

Why is this important? If your router is set to "Auto Channel," it may automatically hop to another channel when it detects other 6GHz networks, sometimes even a channel that is not allowed in India, causing the signal on your device to "disappear."

Try the following comparative tests:
Test 1 (When the 6GHz signal is stable):
Connect your Pad 7 to the router's 6GHz network.

Open WiFi Analyzer and switch to the 6GHz view. Take a screenshot or record: SSID, channel number, signal strength.

Test 2 (When the 6GHz signal disappears):
Immediately open WiFi Analyzer on your Pad 7 (no Wi-Fi connection required, use 4G/5G mobile data or stay offline).

Switch to the 6GHz view again. Observe and record: Is your router's 6GHz SSID still in the list?
