Hello, 

The modem Archer MR550 is frequently disconnected from the Web pages, videos, games... (5 to 60 minutes).

 

Existing sessions freeze

The router interface (192.168.1.1) remains accessible and it still reports an active LTE 4G+ connection

I can still ping to external IPs

I have only 2 Android tablets connected

 

Disconnecting and reconnecting the LTE connection or the WiFi restores Internet access

Same SIM works perfectly in a smartphone, but I also had disconnections in another modem (Chinese, I thought it was bad quality so bought the TP-link). ChatGPT says it can be a MTU fragmentation issue on the LTE network.

 

Oh, and note that when I had to choose the operator, the names where not correct (340 2, 340 4 instead of SFR, Free). There was a Digicel profile only, I had to create one. On other modem this is automatic.

I fixed the bands and 4G only.

 

I have some "ERROR: Unsupport PLMN, cannot find the section."
