TP-Link Archer NX200: Disconnection issues with MVNO CoopVoce (Vodafone network)
TP-Link Archer NX200: Disconnection issues with MVNO CoopVoce (Vodafone network)
Model: Archer NX200
Hardware Version: V2.2 (EU)
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 3.0.0 v60e0.0 Build 250725 Rel.73467n
Hello, I live in Italy and I am experiencing disconnetcion issues with my TP-Link Archer NX200 router. I am using a Sim card from the mobile virtual network operator CoopVoce (which operates on the Vodafone network). I have added a new APN profile with the following settings:
PDP Type: IPv4
APN Type: Static
APN: internet.coopvoce.it
Username: (empty)
Password: (empty)
Authentication Type: CHAP
Data Roaming: Enabled
NAT: Enabled
Mobile Data: Enabled
The router detects the network and bands (the signal is strong and it uses LTE or LTE plus network), it works but each 2 hours (It depends, it's not at the same timing) mobile signal Is disconnecting and the router loses the internet connection for 50/70 seconds, then reconnecting automatically.
I have alteady tried to fix the band using only B3 for instance, but the issue is still there.
Can you please let me know of this is a known issue?
It's really frustrating especially when doing real time meetings.
Thanks for your help.
Kind regards
Claudio
