Model: Deco X50 - PoE  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.0 Build 20250619 Rel.69357

Suddenly out of the blue the system is not accessible from out of home. The last year I eksperience a unit going dead, now this no access.... i begin to think if the product is not build to last, it is import in my soho and people is relaying on things to work, now this. Yes, log in out done, all is normal, no changes on the network firewall and so on. Any idea? Thanks....

Hi, welcome to the community.

How about the LED status on the Deco X50-POE? Is it solid green?

Did you set Deco into "Wireless router" or "Access Point" mode?

Have you tried to power restart the Deco units once to see whether it helps?

 

After rebooting the Deco system, if the issue continues, please contact the local technical support for further assistance:

Please also add the forum link:https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/857626 

as well as the MAC address of the main Deco X50-PoE.
