I am unable to connnect my Tapo C310 to the internet, I can find it in my settings but when I choose the Tapo_Cam**** it just says no internet connection?

I am not techy at all & although I've tried resetting my camera & unplugging my router, all information I've got from the internet it still won't connect - what am I doing wrong? Help please!
