Doorbells, like other Tapo Cameras, use your phone or tablet's push notifications system.  You need to have notifications enabled both for the Tapo app in your phone/tablet's notification settings and also enabled in the Tapo app.  The chime depends on what you set notifications for on your phone to use.  The doorbell can "ring" your phone as a video call using the call feature in the app.  Once notifications are enabled on both the Phone/Tablet and in the app, follow these steps to enable the call function for the doorbell.
