I see that the H200 is listed as compatible with the C260 camera. However, I keep getting the message "firmware not supporting" when trying to use the hub as the recording destination. The hub is on FW V1.6.0 (hardware V1.0) and the camera is FW V1.1.12 (hardware V1.0).

I believe I am correct in that the hub requires FW V1.6.1 or later to support the C260?

I have opened a support ticket and asked about the firmware upgrade. They said they needed screenshots, so I have sent them the error message from the hub, along with the info (MAC etc).

Now they're asking me to reinstall the app on another phone, take pictures of the serial numbers / stickers, and for proof of purchase.

My experience up to now (having come from Eufy) is that this Tapo stuff "just works". However, if I'm right about the FW issue being the barrier, then I'm disappointed with my first and only interaction with support.

I bought the whole lot from the Tapo offical UK store less than a couple of weeks ago. I don't want friction just trying to make things work, when they claim to be compatible. I may just send it all back.
