Motion turning off

I have recently bought 2 D205 doorbells and on both of them, the motion detection keeps switching itself off, notifications switch them self off too. They are both connected to the internet with no problems although one I can watch a live stream and the other won't refresh so is basically useless. I've gone though all the trouble shooting, rebooted, reset etc. Is anyone else having these issues?

Did you use the camera's Home or Away mode (under Cameras tab)? This feature allows user to adjust cameras settings with just one click, for example, turn off detection and notification in Home mode. You may also want to double‑check it with someone who also has access to your account, or the phone or tablet where your account is logged in.
