Bought the 3x X50-PoE V1 back in 2023 right after the release. We haven't received a single update for over 2 years, the last firmware update was back in January 2024. The Deco is still vulnerable to CVE-2024-21833 and lacks functionality that is available on cheaper models (eg DoH/DoT).

I don't quite understand the reasoning behind it, a ~400 EUR set is basically a throw-away in less than a year?

Been trying to escalate this to the support for over a year now and the reply has always been "we are working on it".

How can we trust the brand and purchase your products if we are left vulnerable and without any certainty?!

If V1 hardware has been abandoned, customers deserve an end-of-support statement or a replacement with the current revision. Silence and promises are not acceptable when known vulnerabilities are involved.

Security maintenance is not a “nice to have" - it is the product.
