Dear all,

 

I just bought the D210 video doorbell. 

 

QUESTION 1

When someone click on the doorbell at my house gate, the chime is ringing. But can I talk to the personn at my house gate through the chime ? 

Or do I have to search for my phone in my house, turn on wifi, launch Tapo app and reply ? 

 

QUESTION 2

Is there any screen compatible with tapo ecosystem that I can combine with D210 and leave in my house entrance ?

The included chime is simply a ringing device, it doesn't have a built-in intercom. To answer the doorbell, you need to do it through the Tapo app. 

 

Tapo devices are managed via the Tapo app, which can be installed on tablets for convenient control from a larger screen. You may consider using a tablet for such needs. We do not offer a dedicated central control device with a built‑in display so far.
