Is there any way to change the DHCP range using the Tether app so that clients get something other than the defaul 192.169.1.n address?

Hi, you can change the "Subnet Mask". The default is usually 255.255.255.0. If you need a wider range(from 192.168.0.1-3.254), you can test 255.255.252.0.
