This Article Applied to:
Deco X50/X55_V1.30/V1.32_1.3.1 Build 20251122
Hey Community,
We have received user feedback that when using 1.3.1 Build 20251122 on Deco X50/X55_V1.30/V1.33, NAT Loopback anomalies, such as the following, may occur:
- Inability to access a local server using the WAN IP/Domains + Port from within the LAN, although it works fine via the LAN IP.
- Accessing the server via the WAN IP/Domains from an external network works fine.
Previous feedback can be found in 858376 and 858454.
Available Solutions:
Our R&D department has provided beta firmware to address this behavior. We encourage affected users to download and manually update to this beta firmware and to share feedback on their experience.

So, is the speed actually being throttled?
The App UI display error had been reported before, but I haven't received any update on when it will be optimized.
Best regards.

@David-TP Hi there! Just wanted to report that this is an issue on my XE75 Pros as well. I have three decos, all ethernet backhauled. My server which is exposed over port 80 is connected to one of the satellite decos via unmanaged ethernet switch if that's important.
Same issue as the OP. I can hit my services just fine via domain name from external networks, but if I attempt to access via domain from within the LAN, all requests time out unless I explicitly set my hosts file to resolve the domain to the local IP, but that's obviously not possible on my iphones, apple tvs, etc.
Please advise if the beta firmware can be installed on XE75 Pro as well or if there's another update that will need to be pushed out.
Thanks!

Hi, welcome to the community.
Can I have the firmware version of your Deco XE75 Pro?
Did you start having this issue recently?
Apart from the public domain name, can you use the WAN IPV4 address to access the server in the local LAN network?
This might be the first feedback I've received about Deco XE75 Pro, so I'm afraid there hasn't been a beta firmware yet.
If possible, it is recommended to send an email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com with the above details.
