Hallo Zusammen,

 

gestern wurde mein neuer Vodafone Anschluss freigeschaltet und ich wollte daraufhin alles auf dem Archer VR2100v einrichten. Hat auch zunächst alles problemlos geklappt, habe die Vodafone Daten überall eingegeben und zum Schluss kam aber die Fehlermeldung, dass keine Verbindung zum Internet aufgebaut werden kann. Ich habe den Vorgang ein paar mal wiederholt, auch mit DSL Lite versucht, hat mich immer zum gleichen Ergebnis gebracht. Ab und zu hat es kurz "Online" angezeigt und die Internet LED hat nicht mehr rot geleuchtet aber nach wenigen Sekunden war wieder keine Verbindung da. 

Ich hoffe hier kann mir jemand damit helfen.

1. Enable SRA (Seamless Rate Adaptation): Access your router's management page via tplinkmodem.net, log in, go to Advanced > Network > DSL Settings, and enable SRA. This helps stabilize the DSL connection.
2. Check your DSL cable connection: Remove any DSL splitters or filters, and connect the router directly to the front wall jacket to reduce interference. This is especially important with new connections.
3. Replace the DSL cable: If possible, try a different DSL cable to rule out cable damage.
4. Configure Google Public DNS: This can improve reliability. Go to Advanced > Network > Internet and change the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. (Guide: How to change DNS servers)
5. Restart your equipment: Power cycle both your router and any front-end device from Vodafone.
