Firmware Version: 37570

8 of the 9 units are showing offline on the App, but are green on the unit and functional. App seems to not provide the functionality of the units as it did for 18 or so months. Units are not placed to far from each other and signal strength is good.

 

I am getting some very good speeds also around 850mb - 900 Down and the same up.

 

A couple of times it has returned to its former state on the App but soon reverts back to the offline status, I have tried all of the obvious as I work for a Global IT company.

Support seemed to think this was very complex and have further reached out to their Techs.

 

Any ideas would be wecolme

same issues with P9. it started few days ago, only main deco is online in the app, all other satelites are offline, but they are working just fine
