Hi I purchased the NX200 for streaming in pubs, i can get it to conect to different laptops and on any apple device but when jt comes to my samsung S25 ultra and my Tab s10 ultra ive had no luck. It keeps coming up with no internet, ive been on you tube and tp links web site but i just cant get it to work. Has anyone else had any issues like this? Thanks to anyone who can help me with my problem. Im on EE network and have checked the sim and its working fine.

Welcome to our community.

 

Have you tested the Samsung devices on a different network? Can they properly access the network? If not, you should contact Samsung's technical support directly.

 

Since specific devices (your Samsung devices) are having trouble while others work fine, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Step 1: Check Access Control Settings
1. Connect a computer to the router via Ethernet cable or use one of your working devices
2. Log in to the web management interface of the router
3. Go to Advanced > Security > Access Control
4. Check if Access Control is enabled and whether your Samsung devices are allowed to connect or blocked

Step 2: Change Encryption Method
1. Go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings
2. Change the encryption method to "WPA2-PSK/WPA-PSK" to improve compatibility with your devices

Step 3: Change DNS Server

1. Log into your router's web interface at http://tplinkmodem.net
2. Navigate to Advanced > Network > LAN Settings
3. You'll be able to modify the DNS settings there, change it to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
 

Step 4: Update Samsung Device Drivers/Software
Make sure your Samsung S25 Ultra and Tab S10 Ultra have the latest software updates installed, as this can affect Wi-Fi connectivity.

  @Joseph-TP Hey Joseph i tried all the things you told me to but didnt work. I phoned tp link and they told me to enter settings mode, then advanced then mobile wan and create a new profile, so profile name is anything eg thomas1 then PDP type Ipv4, APN type Static, for ee the APN is everywhere, username eesecure, password ?, authenticationt type is none then save. This worked for me i hope it helps someone else out with same issues on ee. Thanks again for your time Joseph appreciate it.
