My Issue is the Synchronization between Ipad/Iphones (iOS26.4) vs. Icloud. via my wifi-net using Deco XE75 V1. Note my MacMini have no issues.

I have made all known trixs and setting recommended. Is there any Firmware update available to solve this issue?

Are you getting any error messages when your trying to sync your data from your iPad to iCloud?

 

If so can you please provide screenshots

No Error message or any other information. My son and whife experience same problem. As soon as we only use 5g mobile network it slowly syncronizes. We have same problem for Icloud Back-up when we are using TP-link wiFi network, but we get an massage that it can't find the network.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the network not fouund error? Going to get @David-TP from the tp-link staff involved with this.

  @HelpFixDecoApp hey - I'm having the same issue - none of my devices have been Apple to sync with iCloud through deco for about 4-6 weeks but work on any other network. I've reset my deco, reset network settings etc. everything else works except for iCloud (backup, photos, files). I get between 150-200 up and down so it's not a speed issue, something is up with the routers.
