Why is it i cannot share my device in my family abroad? The share device is not visible.

Please note that Tapo device sharing is not restricted by country or region, so sharing a device with family members abroad is normally supported. If the shared device is not visible, this is usually related to the sharing process itself rather than location.
Here are a few important points to check:
- After you share the device from your Tapo app, the invited user must log in to the same app and actively accept the sharing invitation.
- Before the invitation is accepted, the shared camera will not appear in the recipient’s device list.
- Please also ensure that the email address or TP‑Link ID used for sharing exactly matches the account the recipient uses to log in.
