I have a problem with the TP-link Cloud and managing the other DECO´s

My network as 3 DECO´s S4 and they are all connected, the main DECO and the other 2 with white light and normal function, but in the app and browser in the TP-link Cloud the 2 DECO´s apear offline and with no possibility to be managed by the app or by browser.

all have the last firmware update

the DECO´s work fine but on app i have 2 DECO`s offline.

I have tried several ways to resolve but with no solution.

Can someone help, because i´m trying for 1 week to contact TP link support with no answers, at all.
