Camera showing as offline
Both our camera and doorbell are showing as offline. We are not there.at the moment but our son is and he has confirmed that they are working.. we are in Spain at the moment if that has any relevance? Any advice please

Just to clarify, is the camera showing as online when accessed locally (while the phone is on the same WiFi as the camera), but showing as offline when trying to view it remotely? Could you check with your son whether the device’s LED indicator is showing anything unusual?
Usually, if a VPN is enabled on the phone, it may affect the app’s connectivity. If you’re using a VPN, please try turning it off, then fully close the app from the background and restart it.
If the camera's led status is normal, reboot both the router and the cameras might be helpful with this situation.
