I have a homeshield subscription and much the of the online documentation (videos and help) suggests that I should be able to set app specific time limits.

 

I'm not sure what is going wrong, if I haven't enabled it properly.  However, I don't see this option for each profile in my parental controls list.

 

Let's hope we don't have a repeat of our last disaster with Netgear Orbi's parental controls not functioning as advertised. We only switched to TP Link because they seemed to suggest their hardware had adequate parental control support. Fingers crossed it is a setup issue!

There is a brand new beta firmware for your XE75 hardware version 2 unit(s). I would try installing that 1st to see if it clears up your issue. You can read more about it here

 

If you try the beta and are still having issues please post them in the link I provide above
