Before a camera can be shared with another person, it must first be fully set up and bound to a TP‑Link ID. Please make sure you complete the initial configuration of the camera in the Tapo app and log in using your own TP‑Link account. Once the camera is successfully added to your account and shows as online, the sharing option will become available, please refer to this FAQ to set up your camera:How to Set Up Your Tapo Camera Using the Tapo App
After the camera is bound to your TP‑Link ID, you can go to the camera’s settings in the Tapo app and use the Device Sharing feature to invite another user.
Please note that the invited person will also need to log in with their own TP‑Link ID and accept the sharing invitation before the camera appears in their device list: How to Share Tapo and Kasa Smart Devices with Family or Multiple Users
