Frequent short internet dropouts on Archer NX600 (T‑Mobile 5G)
Model:
Archer NX600
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 3.0.0 v60ec.0 Build 250806 Rel.41198n
I am experiencing very frequent short internet dropouts on my TP-Link Archer NX600 router. The router is connected to the T‑Mobile 5G mobile network. The issue occurs multiple times per day (around 10 times).
The symptoms:
- All connected devices lose internet connectivity for a few seconds.
- The TV stream stops immediately, which makes the issue very easy to notice, but the dropout affects every device on the network.
- The LEDs on the router remain normal during these short outages.
- Occasionally, the router restarts by itself, causing a longer outage due to rebooting.
- Signal strength is excellent (100%).
- I have already replaced the power adapter — no change.
- I have tried a different power outlet — no change.
The problem persists regardless of load or time of day.
I would appreciate guidance on how to diagnose the cause or whether this could indicate a hardware or firmware issue.
Thank you.
