To start with, could you please confirm the LED status on the cameras at the time the issue occurs (when you are unable to view the live stream remotely)? This information can help determine whether the cameras are fully online or experiencing a connection problem.
We also kindly suggest trying the following troubleshooting steps:
- Restart the camera(s) and wait for them to come fully online.
- Please try logging in to the Tapo app on a different mobile device, and test remote live view again. When testing, we recommend viewing one camera at a time to check whether live view works normally.
- If possible, please confirm whether you have tested the cameras on a different Wi‑Fi network (for example, another router or hotspot) to see if the behavior changes.
If the issue still persists after these checks, please help provide the following information so we can assist you further:
- Your mobile phone OS version and Tapo app version
- Screenshots showing the issue, along with your contact email address
