Hi
Recently I have started experiencing problem of refreshing application repeatedly just to login to my router
it gets worse especially when I am away from home.
I never had this issue. It started after upgrade to the latest firmware.
Pls help.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure your mobile device (phone or tablet) is connected to the router's main Wi-Fi network, not the guest network or other networks.
2. Turn off any VPN applications and disable mobile/cellular data on your mobile device.
3. For iOS devices, enable "Local Network Access" for the Tether App (go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network > Find Tether > enable Local Network Access).
4. Reboot the TP-Link router.
5. Force close the Tether App and reopen it.
Please send the screenshots with the error message if you have encountered.

Please check it didn't help
It will eventually login after 2-3 refresh attempts.
It becomes further complicated when I am away from home.
I never had such issues before firmware upgrade.

If possible, please downgrade to 1.2.2 and compare the login performance. Archer BE550(EU)_V1_1.2.2 Build 20251209
