App says 4 decos off (Red) , but only 2 actually are and won't reconnect
After updating main deco unit M5, The app shows 5 satellites offline. Actually only 2 have gone offline, these won't reconnect either by wifi or Ethernet cable.
My worry is if I delete my whole network, my worry is, none of it will reconnect, has anyone had this problem before? I'm not techy so any advice would be greatly appreciated

Please confirm the following information about the reported phenomenon.
1. Do you have 6 Deco M5 in total? Is the LED solid green on 3 satellite Deco nodes that are working? What's the LED status on the 2 satellite Deco nodes that go offline?
2. What's the main Deco's hardware and firmware version?
3. Please turn off the 4 satellite Deco, leave only the main Deco and a satellite Deco that is working, force close the Deco app and reopen it, or restart the Deco nodes, and then check if the satellite Deco will be online in the Deco app.
If so, please check the satellite Deco's hardware and firmware version in the Deco app. Then turn on more working satellite Deco nodes one by one and check whether they appear online in the Deco app.
4. For the two satellite Deco that went offline, please press the reset button for 1 second to factory reset them, then reconfigure them in the Deco app and check if they will work.

You could try to reset one of the units that went offline by pressing the button on the bottom of the unit for 1 second and then seeing if you can add it back using the app. If it works you can repeat the steps to get the rest of the units back online.
