Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.0 Build 20251222 Rel. 45343

Hello,

I have 5 deco's setup. 1 Main and 4 are satellite. When I login to the Main deco IP address and check the firmware page. I see Main deco still on 1.3.0 Build 20250725 Rel. 54254 firmware version and satellite are on 1.4.0 Build 20251222 Rel. 45343. Refer the screenshot below.

 

Why this difference, even the firmware update is set to Auto update. Anyone help me to understand?

Hi, 
Glad to hear that your main Deco has updated firmware successfully.

 

You can test with your Deco units for some time, and if the main Deco unit has the same phenomenon, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot:
Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network

  @HelpFixDecoApp , Thanks. 

Manual update worked. Not sure why the main deco was not updated automatically. 

Also, Main deco sometimes become inactive/devices will disconnect, not sure this is right place ask this question. To find out the issue on logs I found the mismatch of the firmware.
